Team Leaders are the catalysts for team building and personal growth at Green SuperCamp. This position includes mentoring and acting as a role model for campers, leading activities, facilitating team meetings, and encouraging camp spirit. In short, Team Leaders assist Facilitators in orchestrating the environment that promotes Quantum Learning. They are energetic and enthusiastic and are committed to making camp great for the students. Team Leaders are aged between 19-35 years old.
Crew
Green SuperCamp Crew Members perform the support and organisational functions of camp. To be successful, Crew Members must be comfortable handling multiple tasks, have excellent communication, management, and organisation skills, and be detail-oriented. Duties include, but are not limited to: supporting the Facilitators and Team Leaders, making sure all equipment is ready for each session, making sure all staff and campers arrive according to schedule, managing transportation from the airport to camp, facilitating dorm room assignments and check-in and a variety of other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the camp.
Team Leader in Training
Team Leaders in Training are the catalysts for team building and personal growth at Green SuperCamp. This position includes mentoring and acting as a role model for campers, leading activities, facilitating team meetings, and encouraging camp spirit. In short, Team Leaders in Training assist Team Leaders in orchestrating the environment that promotes Quantum Learning. They are energetic and enthusiastic and are committed to making camp great for the students. In order to be a Leader In Training you must be a Senior forum graduate, you need to be 17 or 18 years of age and you must also have a commitment to supporting young people to be their best. You are required to attend the 3 days pre camp leader training (for which Green Supercamp pays for) and you have to be available for the whole 7 days of which the camp runs. The cost of being a LIT is $1,200 for both Junior and Senior. Please only apply if you are 17 or 18 years old.
